We currently offer shipping across India. A small delivery fee is applicable on all orders, which helps us ensure that your garment is handled and delivered safely through trusted courier partners. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

As we follow a slow fashion approach, our pieces are made in small batches or to order. This means we take a little longer — Shipping: order will be delivered in 14-21 business days. We believe that good things take time, and we promise your piece will be worth the wait.

At Urban Bloom, each garment is crafted in small, intentional batches, allowing us to maintain quality and care in every detail. Because of this made-to-order and limited-run approach, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We kindly ask you to refer to our detailed size guide or reach out to us before placing your order, so we can help you find the right fit.

We accept returns only in the case of a damaged product. To initiate a return, you must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage within 7 days of receiving the order. This helps us process your request smoothly and ensures transparency for both sides. Once verified, we will guide you through the return procedure. Return/exchange/damage/request should be made in 7 business days. Once we receive the request for return/exchange/damage we will deliver the product in 14-21 days. Refund will be credited in 6-7 business days to the original bank account.
